Bolillos Cafe is a welcoming cafe serving traditional Mexican tastes with fresh flavors.
In 2009, Our family opened its doors to Bolillos Cafe to bridge together everything we love: Food, Family, Art and Culture. It was a great opportunity to embellish our story as a sibling to Cakeland and build on our original concept, Retama Bakery, established back in 1971.
Our cafe is an extension of home, serving guests with the warmest wishes and dishes. Our mission through Bolillos is to serve, to serve a greater good. From our handcrafted Bolillos to our mouthwatering enchiladas, we serve food for the soul. As we continue to grow, we will continue to serve our community, our team, and ultimately serve God.
